We don't publish a rate card because every shoot is different, but we do explain what makes up the price. These six factors will tell you what you're being quoted for and why, so you can compare quotes with confidence.
A day with a cinema drone isn't just "the drone": it's the aircraft, the people operating it, the permits and the logistics. That's how a serious quote is put together.
An Inspire 3 with a full-frame camera, a cinelifter with a RED Komodo, a lightweight FPV or a Mavic 3 Cine all have different day rates. The shot decides the platform, not the catalogue.
Pilot and camera operator working dual-operation, a DIT on set and, for FPV, an assistant. A second operator or a focus puller is added when the shot calls for it.
These are quoted by type of location: studio or private estate, standard, controlled or urban airspace, and bespoke SORA assessments. They are quoted separately from the day rate.
The standard day has set hours; overtime is quoted in euros, not percentages, and night flying carries a surcharge.
Travel and per diems are calculated according to locations and schedule. Grouping several days together can reduce the logistics cost per shoot day.
A technical recce or a drone recce before the shoot saves passes and days; it is quoted as a separate line item.

What needs to happen in the shot. We propose Inspire 3, FPV or both.

It depends on the location and the permits, but the day rate always includes the aircraft, pilot, camera operator, batteries and DIT. We send the 2026 rate card with the figure along with the quote, on request. Travel costs are itemised according to the location.
They're in the same day-rate range; the FPV with Blackmagic and the lightweight FPVs come in lower. On many shoots they are combined in an aerial-unit package.
No: they are quoted separately by type of location, because flying over a private estate doesn't cost the same as flying in a city centre or controlled airspace.

Day and standby conditions are agreed in the proposal, with no small print. We plan flight windows during the recce and bring backup shot alternatives.
