Aerial unit for
production services.

When a production arrives in Spain with its own crew, the production service needs a drone unit that integrates without friction: paperwork in order, footage that fits the pipeline and people who speak the language of the set. That's what we do.

What a production service gets

Everything they're going
to ask for, sorted.

We know what documentation a production asks for before hiring a drone unit, and what the first assistant director needs on set. We have it ready so nobody wastes time.

FAQ

What
a production service asks.

Can you send the documentation before we book you?add

Yes. The dossier and crew profiles can be downloaded straight away; the 2026 rate card, insurance certificate and operator registration are sent with the quote.

Do you work with the production's DP, or do you operate independently?add

We are an aerial unit, not a production company. The camera operator frames the shot with the DP on the monitor, and the pilot follows the director's instructions. No parallel agendas.

How long do you need for permits?add

Unrestricted rural areas: days. Controlled airspace, urban centres or nature parks: two to four weeks. Highly restricted monuments: up to six. If the date is fixed, that's where we start.

Do you invoice foreign production companies?add

Yes, we invoice Spanish and foreign companies. VAT treatment depends on how the production is structured; we confirm this with your accounts team before issuing the invoice.

What happens if the weather doesn't allow flying?add

We plan flight windows during the recce and bring alternative shots. Day-rate and standby conditions are agreed in the proposal, with no small print.

How much does a drone aerial unit cost for a foreign production in Spain?add

The same as for a Spanish production: an aerial-unit day plus permits and travel. We invoice the Spanish or the foreign production company and send the documentation with the quote.

Can you work in English with crews from the UK, Germany or the United States?add

Yes. We both speak English (B2 level), the website has an English version, and deliverables and invoicing can be in English. For foreign gear from outside the EU, we handle the ATA Carnet.
