This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website skysetcinema.com (hereinafter, the "Website"), owned by Francisco Zamora López (trading name Skyset Cinema). Access to and browsing of the Website implies express and unreserved acceptance of all the terms of this Legal Notice.

3. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All content on the Website, including, by way of example and not limitation, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code, is the intellectual property of Skyset Cinema or of third parties, and none of the exploitation rights over such content shall be understood as assigned to the User.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the Website's content without the prior written authorisation of Skyset Cinema is expressly prohibited.

4. Terms of Use

The user agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services offered on the Website and, in particular, not to use them for:

Skyset Cinema shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable for damages of any kind that may arise, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, unavailability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious programs in the content, despite having adopted all the technological measures necessary to prevent this.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For the resolution of any disputes or questions relating to this Website or the activities carried out on it, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit, and the competent Courts and Tribunals shall have jurisdiction to resolve all conflicts arising from or related to its use.

7. Modifications

Skyset Cinema reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to the Website, and may change, remove or add to both the content and services it provides and the way in which these are presented or located on the Website.

The models used in the fleet viewers include the following attributions and licences:

• DJI Inspire 3, by polyman. Licence CC BY 4.0.
• DJI Mavic 3, by llirikslon. Licence CC BY 4.0.
• FPV Drone, by PinaPipe. Licence CC BY 4.0.

Adaptations for this website: meshes grouped and geometry compressed to speed up loading, while preserving the textures. Two variants of the FPV Drone model have been created: one with a GoPro-style camera and a top mount, and another with eight coaxial motors, a RED Komodo-style camera and a top mount. The added cameras and mounts are visual models created for this website. The licences indicated apply to these third-party models regardless of the general terms for the rest of the website's content. Mentioning their authors does not imply that they endorse Skyset Cinema.
