Aerial video for real estate is planned the opposite way to film: instead of many takes per shot, we shoot many shots per day. What matters is covering the whole property and every useful hour of light.
You send us the property plan or address. We check the map for orientation, surrounding heights, airspace restrictions and optimal light hours. No prior site visit needed.
We arrive at blue hour, cover sunrise and direct light, break at midday and shoot the evening golden hour. 6-8 hours give us footage for 15-20 different sequences.
We deliver 4K masters ready for your agency plus cuts for Instagram, YouTube and listings sites. No need to go through an intermediate production company.

Yes, the owner's authorisation to fly over the property. If the estate is in controlled airspace (near an airport, an urban area), we arrange the AESA permit ourselves before the shoot.
Yes. In the same day we cover 4K video and 20MP+ stills from the Inspire 3. Aerial photography works well for listings sites (Idealista, Fotocasa) where video doesn't perform as well.
Not necessarily. If you give us access (a key, a concierge, an agent) and we have written authorisation, we can shoot without anyone present.
