Aerial filming for architecture studios, developers and construction companies. Footage for competitions, dossiers, studio websites, monographs and brand campaigns.
Twenty-first-century architecture is designed in 3D but sold in photography. The aerial shot is the only format that shows a building's relationship with its surroundings: the urban fabric, the landscape, the orientation, the cast shadow. It's the difference between a project in a catalogue and one on the cover.
Material for the practice's website, monographs and award entries (FAD, ASCER, COAM). Coverage of completed projects to the architect's technical brief.
Monthly aerial time-lapse of the build. An invaluable record for the developer and the project archive. One pass a month over 18–24 months.
Marketing new-build homes. Shots of the surroundings, the real location, views from the height of the finished flat. Footage that clinches off-plan sales.
Museums, auditoriums, corporate headquarters, hotels. Buildings that are architectural icons. Approach tracking shots, overhead shots of the roof, urban context.
Houses designed by renowned practices. Landscape integration, terraces, infinity pools, views. Material for magazines (AD, Wallpaper) and editorial features.
Master plans, parks, landscape interventions. An overhead shot is almost a masterplan drawing in itself. Useful for competitions, presentations or final delivery.
Automotive, action sports, landscape and film unit work, shot by our crew with the Inspire 3 and FPV. With every credential needed to fly on a professional set:
Yes. One pass a month from the same point and height. At the end of the build we deliver an animated compilation. We need to fix the camera position on the first visit and keep it for the whole build.
Yes. 20MP+ stills with perspective correction and enough resolution for large-format printing. Material ready to submit to the competition organisers or publish in a monograph.
Yes, with prior coordination with the site manager. We fly when workers are out of the filming area, or we temporarily redirect their activity. The crew brings its own PPE. Specific liability insurance for building sites.
Yes. The whole workflow (briefing, deliverables, invoicing) can be in English, and we integrate with the team from the practice or the production company bringing the project to Spain.
It depends on whether it's a single day or a monthly build follow-up, whether the location is urban (permits) and whether you need photography as well as video. We give you an exact figure after seeing the location and the project; the 2026 rate card comes with the quote.
We review access, the construction phase and the shots the developer needs. The proposal sets out the platform, the shoot days and the filming logistics.
