AESA-registered drone operator for aerial shoots in Madrid: commercials, campaigns and productions. Urban permits handled, ENAIRE coordination for controlled airspace. Head office in Murcia and a base in Catalonia; we travel to Madrid within the day.
Madrid is surrounded by two airports (Barajas and Cuatro Vientos), has restricted airspace over much of the city centre and requires coordination with ENAIRE. Getting that coordination right is what makes shooting downtown reliable, and we handle it as part of the service.
Gran Vía skyline, Cuatro Torres, Castellana, Salamanca, Chamberí. Municipal permits + AESA + NOTAM with ENAIRE. Typical timeline: 3–4 weeks.
El Escorial, La Pedriza, Manzanares El Real, reservoirs. Uncontrolled airspace, faster permits. Very cinematic landscape 45 minutes from the centre.
Royal Site of Aranjuez, Chinchón and the countryside. Historic landscape outside Barajas airspace control. For commercials that need natural exteriors.
AZCA, Las Tablas, Pozuelo, Méndez Álvaro. Corporate video for banks, telcos and the big four. Coordination with communications and security departments.
Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, Retiro, Bernabéu, Cibeles. Each with its own permit regime. We handle it with Patrimonio Nacional or the relevant body.
Madrid Marathon, events at the Metropolitano, Bernabéu, IFEMA. Coordination with the organiser, the official broadcaster and the city authority.
We travel from Murcia (head office) or Catalonia (base) depending on the crew needed, both about 4 hours by car from Madrid. On long or multi-day shoots the travel cost is diluted. On short days we add transport and per diems. We give you the exact figure after reading the shot list.
Yes, with the right permits: AESA + municipal authorisation + NOTAM with ENAIRE. Without those three, no drone should be flying. We handle them as part of the service.
3–4 weeks under normal conditions. If it is urgent (a commercial with a fixed air date) it can be accelerated by paying urgent-processing fees. Realistic minimum: 10 days.
Yes. Sierra de Guadarrama, Aranjuez, Alcalá, El Escorial, Chinchón. Cleaner airspace outside the Barajas–Cuatro Vientos axis. Simpler permits.
An aerial-unit day plus travel and per diems from Murcia or Catalonia, and the Madrid permits (municipal, AESA and NOTAM with ENAIRE downtown). On multi-day shoots the travel cost is diluted.
Outside the city centre and the Barajas and Cuatro Vientos controlled airspace the process is much simpler and faster; at El Escorial or La Pedriza the protected areas must also be checked.
Send us the area and the type of shot. We reply with a proposal, a quote and a permit plan.
